LLoyds TSB PPI template letter

More complaints about LLoyds TSB PPI mis-selling have been made to the ombudsman than any other provider, according to 2011 figures.  In figures for the first half of 2012, 98% of complaints to the ombudsman about Lloyds PPI misselling were upheld.

There is a dedicated phone number to deal with LLoyds TSB PPI complaints – 0845 601 2683. Alternatively you can write  a letter to:

Like all other providers, LLoyds aim to make a decision on your individual case within 8 weeks (you should receive an acknowledgement letter sooner than this). They also aim to pay out within 28 days, but they have not always been succesful at keeping to this target due to the large number of complaints that they are receiving. They do however undertake to pay interest up until the date that payment is made.
